Support a predictable rhythm
Aim for consistent sleep and wake times and get daylight during the day. Keep the bedroom comfortable, dark and quiet where practical.
Know what devices can do

Seek effective care when needed
Persistent insomnia may benefit from cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. Loud snoring, breathing pauses or excessive daytime sleepiness warrant professional evaluation.
